Design Process

•	Personal assistance, advice and involvement with preliminary and on-going design preparation.
•	Pre-lodgement advice before applications is submitted.
•	Co-ordinate and lodge 'Siting Variation' application to Council on your behalf.

Approval Process

•	Building approval and inspection (During construction mandatory critical stage inspections are required to ensure building works are satisfactory and comply with the building approval.)
•	Building compliance inspections and reports.
•	Co-ordinate and lodge plumbing & minor works application to Council on your behalf.

Construction Process

•	Building inspection services, advice and reports during construction.
•	Classification (occupancy) certificate.

Special Process

•	Preliminary design advice and involvement.
•	Liaison with Queensland Fire and Rescue Authority.
